Whoever poured my garage floor when our house was built (it was definitely not Kelly Designs) did a mediocre job. The floor was already breaking down in several places and had significant moisture issues despite being relatively new.

Kyle and his crew came in and, despite these challenges, did an excellent job with the garage floor coating. I was particularly impressed by Kyle’s attention to detail and the way he stood behind their work.

As an aside, Kelly Designs poured the driveway and sidewalk for my neighbor’s house, and the work was very well done. The concrete is clearly aging better than a typical driveway.

We needed to replace our existing patio and Kelly did a fantastic job, from demo of the existing patio through the sealing of the new, exposed aggregate patio, which is beautiful.
